Will we accept non-VW vehicles in part exchange?

We are able to accept any vehicle in a part exchange agreement. If we do not intend to sell the vehicle ourselves, we will still be able to value it competitively for you.

What if I have a loan or hire purchase outstanding for my vehicle?

It's not a problem and happens frequently. Please make sure you have the details of your loan agreement and final settlement figure when asking for a part-exchange price.

How do I know if I am getting the right price for my vehicle?

There are no fixed price lists for used vehicles but we will use current price guides, we will look at the condition of the vehicle, the mileage covered, any accessories or fitted options etc. We will be happy to explain how we have arrived at a valuation and will want you to be satisfied enough to buy your new vehicle from us.
